What classes should I take to enter the program?

The department recommends that you take as many math classes as possible in high school to prepare for college-level courses. It is advisable to complete coursework through pre-calculus, but more courses are strongly recommended. The following is a list of prerequisites that the College has for all freshmen:

  • English, four years including literature
  • Mathematics, two or more years including algebra, algebra II and geometry
  • Social studies, three or more years including American and European history
  • Science, two or more years of a laboratory science
  • Foreign language, two or more years
