Transcripts
In compliance with Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of
1974, academic transcripts cannot be released when requested by
telephone or e-mail. All transcripts requests must be made in
writing with the student's signature. Your
request must include your name (printed), your signature, the
address where you would like the transcripts to be sent, any previous
name(s) you may have been enrolled under, your Mount Mercy ID
number (if known), and your Social Security number. Dates of attendance
are also helpful.
Transcripts
are released only after all outstanding balances are cleared in
the Business Office. Thus, students requesting the release of
a transcript may wish to verify with the Business Office that
the transcript can be released.

Grade
Reports
Final grades are submitted by faculty to the Registrar's Office
about one week after final exams. Students will be able to access
their final semester grades on ICampus.
Grade mailers (hard copy) will no longer be mailed by the Registrar's
Office at the end of each semester. For purposes of employer reimbursement,
students can contact the Registrar's Office to request an individual
grade report. Mid-term grades are sent to freshman students.
