Drug and Alcohol Policy
Describes acceptable conduct, applicable legal sanctions for unlawful activities, health risks associated with the use of illicit drugs/alcohol and available counseling related to drug or alcohol abuse.


Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
Deals with the rights of students/parents to inspect records, procedures to request amendments to those records, rights concerning disclosure of personally identifiable information and rights concerning filing a complaint with the Department of Education for a school's failure to comply with FERPA requirements.

Student Right-to-Know Act Graduation Rate (pdf)
The Registrar's Office calculates the graduation rates of degree-seeking, first-time, full-time freshmen that complete their program in 150% of the normal time for graduation.
