Every spring the Art Club sponsors the Art Auction, a sale of donated student and faculty artwork sold to support the annual clean up and restoration of the national historic folk art site on campus - The Our Lady of Sorrows Grotto. This event is always a sucess for both the students and the Grotto.

Art students sell work completed during the previous school year and have fun while doing it! The lively atmosphere is infectious and gets the audience members as involved in the auction as the auctioneers. There are always a few surprise moments - you never know who will show up wearing a mermaid costume.
