Fine Arts majors are well qualified for any job seeking liberal arts Bachelor's
Degree. Some fine arts majors chose to work with a museum or gallery or
with an area artist or non-profit arts organization. Others go on to graduate
school in Fine Arts, Art Therapy, Art History and criticism to name a
few. One year the University of Iowa had more of our art students accepted
to it's Law School than any other department in Iowa. Indeed we have not
only lawyers among out alumni, but museum directors, gallery owners, full-time
artists in San Francisco and in New York, architects, travel agents and
guides, cartoonists and caricature artists, military artists, professional
potters, and the list goes on.
