October, Kaylon finished sixth at the Midwest Classic Conference
Championships and was named all-conference for the third
year in a row. He also placed second at the Jeff Hobbs-Mike
Hickey Challenge and ninth at the Lamb-Kohawk Invitational.

Hometown: Manchester, Iowa
Katie
was the 2005 Midwest Classic Conference Women's Harrier
of the Year after winning the conference meet. That feat
extended an incredible run for the Mount Mercy women's cross
country program as it was the ninth straight year that a
Mustang runner won the league race. She also finished eighth
at the Lamb-Kohawk Invitational and fourth at the Jeff Hobbs-Mike
Hickey Challenge.
