named honorable mention all-American

CEDAR RAPIDS,
Iowa -- Senior forward Curtis Kilgore, a first-team all-Midwest
Collegiate Conference standout for the second year in a row, has
been named a 2008 NAIA Division II men's basketball honorable
mention all-American.
Kilgore is
Mount Mercy College's first all-American since senior forward
Brian Buerman received honorable mention in 2004. Kilgore
led the Mustangs and was seventh in the MCC in scoring at 14.8
points per game. He also ranked fifth in the league in rebounding
(6.4 rpg) and field goal percentage (54.3%), both team highs.
