	Paul Gavin Head Coach 16 years at Mount Mercy College (248-251) Alma Mater: Mount Mercy College '88 M.B.A. Columbia Southern '06 319-363-1323 ext. 1324 pgavin@mtmercy.edu Gavin, a basketball and golf standout during his collegiate career at Mount Mercy College, has more victories than any other men's basketball coach in school history and is the first to reach the 200-win mark. His 2003 squad advanced to the championship game of the Midwest Classic Conference tournament, while his 2004-05 team reached the MCC Final Four. Gavin also led the Mustangs to an MCC championship and their first-ever appearance at the NAIA Division II national tournament in 1996, where they made it to the Sweet 16. He has guided seven NAIA all-Americans and is a three-time MCC Men's Basketball Coach of the Year (1994, 1996, 1997). Gavin was also the MCC Men's Golf Coach of the Year in 1998 and 2002.
	Aaron Jennings Assistant Coach Four years at Mount Mercy College Alma Mater: Northwestern University (Ill.) Jennings joined the Mustang staff prior to the 2004-05 season. As an assistant boys' basketball coach at Benton Community High School in 2003-04, he was the Iowa Class 3A Assistant Coach of the Year. Jennings prepped at Benton Community and was a first-team all-state selection as a senior. He went on to play Big 10 basketball at Northwestern University (Ill.), where he was a two-year captain for the Wildcats. Jennings played professionally in Croatia after graduating from Northwestern.
	Ted Oglesby Assistant Coach Three years at Mount Mercy College Alma Mater: University of Denver '63 Oglesby, who came to Mount Mercy in 2005, is a former head coach at Kirkwood Community College and Indian Hills Community College. His playing career included stints at Southwest Baptist Junior College (Mo.), where he is a member of the athletics Hall of Fame, and NCAA Division I University of Denver.
