Emerging
Leaders is a leadership education and development program designed
to provide new and continuing Mount Mercy students with the tools
to become successful, active campus and community leaders.
Focused on servant leadership and value exploration, the program
also supports academic stimuli, experiential learning, people
skills, and personal and/or spiritual motivations, guiding students
to successful campus and community leadership.
