English Club
is open to all students who have a love of language or just like
to have fun. Throughout the year we bring well-known authors to
campus, sponsor Reflections and Paha (yearly
publications of student essays, fiction, and poetry), support
the English Seminar students and host a Club Friday. We also perform
service projects including a book drive, working in the after
school programs at the Bridge and the Writer’s Harvest,
which is a chance for people to read their works (or someone else’s)
to an audience at Barnes & Noble. A percentage of the profits
Barnes & Noble makes during this time is donated to help feed
the hungry.
The English
