	Rusty Rogerson Director of Safety and Security Rogerson serves as the Director of Safety and Security. Prior to coming to Mount Mercy, Rogerson worked for the Iowa Department of Corrections. During his 33 year career with the DOC, he held a variety of positions, including Correctional Officer and Warden. Rogerson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Law Enforcement and Corrections from Truman State University.
