The office of marketing and communications facilitates the flow
of information about Mount Mercy College to current and prospective
students, parents, faculty and staff, alumni and friends, community
leaders, college neighbors, current and prospective donors, and
media.
Through an
integrated communication program, the office advances the image
and reputation of the college and grows awareness of Mount Mercy's
Catholic mission of leadership and service. Vehicles of communication
include the Mount Mercy magazine, published three times a year;
a semiannual cultural affairs brochure; the Faculty/Staff Newsletter,
released monthly; and Tunnel Talk, a student newsletter published
each week during the academic year.
The office
of Communications and Marketing maintains the Mount Mercy Web
site and offers services in many areas, including advertising,
graphic design, logo management, media relations, photography,
print buying, publication support, public relations counsel, special
event support, and sports information.
